Scape Living university accommodation project A$310 million financing

Overview:

• The Scape Living university accommodation project has taken out A$310 million in financing from ICBC International.
• ICBC has entered into a joint venture with Scape, based in London, and APG, from the Netherlands through this investment.
• APG has increased its investment and will control 50% of the joint venture.
