AltaGas Power Holdings $642 million acquisition of GWF Energy Holdings

Overview:

• AltaGas Power Holdings has acquired GWF Energy Holdings for $642 million.  
• GWF Energy Holdings maintains three natural gas plants in Northern California, which include the 330 MW Tracy plant, the 97 MW Hanford plant and the 96 MW Henrietta plant. 
• GWF Energy Holdings and Pacific Gas & Electric have a PPA for the plants until 2022.
