Univar NYSE IPO

Overview:

• Chemical distributor Univar has completed a $770 million IPO on the NYSE.
• The shares were priced to the public at $22.
• Before the IPO, Univar's largest shareholder had been private equity firm CVC Capital Partners. 
• The joint bookrunners were Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman Sachs and BofA Merrill Lynch.
