TPG Real Estate £450 million acquisition of Arlington Properties

Overview:

• TPG Real Estate has acquired Arlington Properties from Goodman Group and L&G Property.
• Arlington's portfolio consists of 250 acres of land, 57 buildings with around 80 tenants.
• The assets are primarily based in Greater London and the South East including, according to CoStar, the Hammersmith Embankment and Uxbridge business Park.
• The business will be led as a standalone property company, managed by some of Goodman's employees.
