Airbus A380-861 financing

Overview:

• Hi Investment and Securities have financed two Airbus A380 aircraft for Emirates Airlines.
• The financing comprises of three tranches: the senior tranche consisting of a senior bond in the amount of $69 million subscribed for by SB Aircraft Investment 1 and a senior loan in the amount of $90 million extended by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank; the mezzanine tranche consisting of a mezzanine bond in the amount of approximately $50 million; and the junior tranche consisting of a junior bond in the amount of $25 million.
