Jaypee Infratech Re81.6 billion refinancing

Overview:

• Jaypee Infratech has refinanced loans valued at Re65.5 billion.
• The financing was provided by a consortium of nine banks led by IDBI Bank.
• The funds are being used to develop, design, engineer, finance, procure, construct and upon completion manage, operate and maintain the Yamuna Expressway Project.
• Additional funding of Re16.1 billion was also secured to repay debt.
