Entel, Claro and Movistar 700MHz network roll-out

Overview:

• Entel, Claro and Movistar 700MHz mobile network
• Proinversión (Peru's Private Investment Promotion Agency) awarded 700Mhz licenses to three private companies, which will allow them to expand their 4G mobile internet coverage in Peru. 
• Entel Peru, the Peruvian branch of the Santiago-based telecoms company; América Móvil (through its unit Claro); and Movistar, a Madrid-based telecoms company, were the three companies.
