Overview:

  • Adana Integrated Healthcare Campus PPP.
  • The project consists of the design, construction, equipping, financing, and maintenance of an integrated health campus of 1550 beds in Adana, Turkey, under a 28 year concession awarded by Turkey’s Ministry of Health.
  • The deal is the first PPP enacted in the Turkish healthcare sector.
  • The project is being developed by SPV ADN PPP Saglik Yatirim backed by a consortium made up of Rönesans, Sıla, ŞAM, TTT and Meridiam.
  • The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and IFC provided development finance, while the commercial lending group consisted of Siemens Financial Services, HSBC, Korea Development Bank and BBVA.
