Natura €1 billion acquisition of The Body Shop

• L'Oreal is selling the company after operating profits fell 38% in 2016. The company had acquired the company from its founder Anita Roddick for £652 million in 2006.
• Natura sees the acquisition as a step towards expanding its business internationally.
