Medicover Nasdaq Stockholm IPO

• Priced at SKr56 per share, the overall value of the issue is approximately SKr2.3 billion, giving the company a market cap of SKr7.5 billion.
• Celox Holding, its main shareholder, is owned by the Jonas and Christina af Jochnick Foundation.
• Medicover is a leading international healthcare and diagnostic services provider in Poland, Germany, Romania, Ukraine and certain other markets, primarily in Central and Eastern Europe.
• It operates through two divisions: Healthcare Services and Diagnostic Services.
