Digi Communications has undertaken an IPO on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
The company offered 21,744,108 shares at between ROL38 and ROL56 per share. The company is looking to raise around ROL1.218 billion.
The offering consists of a public issue and a separate issue to institutional buyers.
Citigroup and Deutsche Bank acted as joint global coordinators and bookrunners, Société Générale, Raiffeisen Bank and Wood & Company Financial Services acted as bookrunners and BT Capital Partners acted as bookrunner and lead manager.
Digi Communications is a Romanian telecoms provider, registered in the Netherlands, active in both Romania and Hungary. According to Romania-Insider, the company, based on client numbers, has nearly 50% of the cable TV and fixed internet service market in Romania and 11.6% of the mobile market.
