Recent transactional highlights:

  • Advised the President of India and Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) on the sale of US$188 million of shares in HUDCO in an IPO in India, including a Rule 144A offering;
  • Represented Bajaj Finance Limited in its recent sale of approximately US$703 million of its shares in a qualified institutions placement, including concurrent private placement to qualified institutional buyers in the U.S.;
  • Represented PT. Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia, an Indonesian tower company, on its IDR 1.4 trillion (US$102 million) acquisition of the issued and outstanding shares of PT. Komet Infra Nusantara.
