RTPR wins the 2020 Deal of the Year for Romania for its work on Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets' acquisition of CEZ Group in Romania. This is the largest M&A deal in Romania in the last 12 years and it is considered to be the 4th largest deal ever concluded in Romania.
