Singapore law firm Joseph Tan Jude Benny (JTJB) has hired a corporate partner to coincide with the increased workload in oil & gas and aviation work.

Amrin Amin joins the firm from Watson Farley & Williams Asia Practice where he was previously an associate.

Amrin is experienced in domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions having practised law at international law firms in New York and Singapore.

He specialises in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring across various industry sectors including chemicals, energy, natural resources and shipping. He also advises on general corporate and commercial matters and employment law, including employment agreements, secondment arrangements, and employment termination.

With the arrival of Amrin, JTJB now has 26 lawyers in Singapore, including nine partners.
