Banking and project finance partner Prashanth Sabeshan has left Majmudar & Partners to join AZB & Partners in Bangalore.

Sabeshan originally joined Majmudar & Partners in order to strengthen the firm’s projects practice.

He previously had stints at Norton Rose Fulbright in Singapore and at Indian firm Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co.

Sabeshan told IFLR1000: “In keeping with the new reform oriented government’s push in energy, infrastructure and finance sectors expected over the next 3-5 years, I am very excited to be part of AZB’s team with its excellent reputation for quality work and high quality clients.”

With expertise covering energy and infrastructure, founding partner Zia Mody stressed that the appointment was "just right for AZB".

Sabeshan has 15 years experience focusing on joint ventures and investments in infrastructure projects.
