The stream of departures from King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) shows no sign of abating with O'Melveny & Myers the latest firm to take advantage.

The US firm has hired KWM head of international funds Jonathan Blake in London to enhance its private equity and funds practices. he acts on private equity, infrastructure, debt, mezzanine and venture capital funds.

Blake was head of legacy firm SJ Berwin's corporate department until 2006 and was senior partner between 2006 and 2012.

The move follows the departure of fellow funds partners Michael Halford, Shawn D’Aguiar, Patrick Deasey, Ed Hall and Ajay Pathak who joined Goodwin Proctor earlier this month.
