Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the arrival of a well known and respected IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer to its office in Paris. 

Christophe Asselineau joins the firm from the French office of Shearman & Sterling, where he held the position of head of the Africa group.

Asselineau is recognised as one of the most experienced lawyers in the market for African M&A and infrastructure project development, with a particular focus in the sectors of energy, mining and commodities. 

Recent transactions for Asselineau include work on the development and financing of a bauxite mine and an aluminum refinery terminal, as well as all related infrastructure, in Guinea.
