Norton Rose Fulbright has relocated its head of energy for Asia-Pacific from Sydney to Singapore.

Vincent Dwyer joins the firm’s Singapore office from its Sydney office. He has over 25 years’ experience of domestic and cross-border M&A and project development work.

Jeff Smith, Norton Rose Fulbright's head of South East Asia said: "The Singapore office has welcomed four new partners in the last twelve months and this growth reflects the needs of our clients in the region. Vincent is a senior M&A lawyer with extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors and deep connections with clients throughout the region and globally."

Dwyer continues his focus on corporate work in the energy, infrastructure, mining and financial institutions sectors. He also focuses on North American investment into Asia, fund investment within the region and inbound and outbound Australia-Asia investments.

Dwyer becomes the fourth new corporate partner to join the Singapore office in the past year. Earlier Sheela Moorthy, Stella Cramer and Nick Dingemans – who relocated from Moscow – arrived at the hub office.
