Jorge Grunberg has joined Santiago-based Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos & Cía as a senior associate. 

Grunberg joins the firm's competition practice. Before coming to the firm he worked as an adviser to Chile’s Minister of Economy, Development and Tourism.

He also works as a professor of Economic Law and Competition Law at Universidad de Chile Law School.

Chile amended its competition law in 2016. Grunberg represented the government before Congress during the discussion about the amendment of the law.
