About Daniel Laudisio
Daniel has served as a member of the Board of Directors in his previous professional experience and is highly skilled in the corporate market, assisting national and international clients, actively participating in complex mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, debt restructuring, financing (DIP, structured, commercial, and project financing), issues and purchases of sustainable bonds, regulations, and corporate governance, among others. His client portfolio encompasses the energy, banking, investment fund markets, as well as infrastructure, ESG, and sustainable financing.
Graduate of the Law School of PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo), Daniel holds an LL.M. degree in Banking and Finance, Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions and Securities Law. He also has experience as a foreign associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, in New York.
