Triangga is the head of the Dispute Resolution, Restructuring & Insolvency practice group of Kyora Law Firm. Triangga has more than a decade of experience in handling complex, cross-border commercial disputes and bankruptcy/restructuring work. He is also well experienced in employment litigation including in termination dispute, workplace investigations, discrimination and harassment claims.

Prior to Kyora, he was working with associated international firms and involved in a major restructuring of an Indonesia mining company which was recognized as the Finance Deal of the Year at The Asia Legal Awards 2018. He is equipped with versatile skills to understand clients’ need and to steer the disputes in the right course. Clients appreciate his pro-active and commercial solution-based approaches in identifying and solving issues.

Triangga is admitted as Receiver and Administrator for Bankruptcy, Association of Indonesian Receivers and Administrators (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia). Triangga also has received recognition as “Indonesia Rising Stars 2024” by ALB, a finalist of “Young Lawyer of the Year” by ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2022 and ranked as notable practitioners for restructuring/insolvency in Chambers & Partners, Asia Pacific 2023.

  •  Standard Chartered in relation to the USD1 billion restructuring of the Samin Tan owned Borneo Lumbung Energi arising from Asmin Koalindo Tuhup’s PKPU proceedings in Indonesia.
  •  Bank of New York Mellon as the Trustee of USD300 millions of 12% Guaranteed Senior Secured Notes and USD700 million 10.75% of Guaranteed Secured Notes in a court driven restructuring process (PKPU) of Bumi Resources in Indonesia.
  •  PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk in the revocation of its Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang or PKPU) status.
  •  PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk in a court driven restructuring process of total debt amounting to IDR 9 trillion and the implementation of restructuring scheme.
