Troels Tuxen has extensive experience advising Danish and international clients on insolvency matters and on general legal matters, e.g. company law issues. He has assisted with many company reconstructions and has performed as trustee/supervisor in numerous bankruptcy estates and suspension of payment procedures.

• Administrator in the bankruptcies of the sister shipping companies, Thor Shipping A/S and Sofia Shipping A/S
• Administrator in the bankruptcy of TravelCo Nordic A/S and the Danish Travel Guarantee Fund
• Performing as receiver in a number of additional bankruptcies, including the largest Danish ski-travel group, Piste Group ApS, and its 19 subsidiary companies.
