• Advised Adeptio AD Investments SPC Limited in relation to its US$3,4 billion acquisition of a 93.4% stake in Kuwait Food Company (Americana) a Kuwaiti listed entity;
• Advised the Dealers and Managers in relation to the establishment of a US$4 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme for EQUATE Petrochemical B.V., and its inaugural US$2,25 billion issuance;
• Advised on the Kuwait IWPP Az Zour North – Phase 1;
• Advised on the Kuwait Metropolitan Rapid Transport System Project.
