Rana El Nahal

Rana El-Nahal is a Partner and Head of the Corporate and M&A Group. She has been practicing law since 2008. She specializes in several fields of law including Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Companies Law.

Since 2008, Ms. El Nahal has been involved in various M&A transactions across diverse business sectors and regularly advises clients on their corporate matters.

• Advised Cleopatra Hospital Company in the acquisition of Bedaya through a business and asset transfer.
• Advised Sika in the successful EGP 500,000,000 mandatory tender offer launched by its Egyptian entity Sika Egypt on Modern Waterproofing Company.
• Advised Cairo for Real Estate and Investment (CIRA) in the EGP 100,000,000 acquisition of a majority stake in the British Columbia Canadian School.
• Advised Cairo for Real Estate and Investment (CIRA) in the EGP 350,000,000 partnership with the Sovereign Fund of Egypt to invest in education in Egypt.
• Advised B.TECH shareholders in the EGP 350,000,000 private placement of a 33% stake to Development Partners International (DPI).
• Advised Galala University in its agreement with Arizona State University to offer students a dual degree program.
