Ramiro Sandoval

Ramiro’s practice has been focused on M&A, private equity and real estate matters, mostly dedicated to transactional work. He is a partner in the firm’s mergers & acquisitions and heads the real estate practice. He also serves as a member of the firm’s innovation and technology committee.

Ramiro advises private equity funds, family offices, institutional and strategic investors, real estate developers and sponsors, real estate investment trusts (REITs), asset managers, lenders and major corporations on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate asset acquisition and disposition transactions, and asset-backed financings. As part of his real estate practice, he represents some of the largest real estate developers and investors in Mexico.
