1. Representing Mayora Group, one of Indonesia’s largest conglomerates, in the acquisition of one of its subsidiaries, PT Bank Mayora, by PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, one of Indonesia largest state-owned banks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
2. Representing both PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk in securing their Sustainability Linked Loan Credit Agreement with a consortium of twelve banks, a testament to our commitment to driving Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives to fruition.
3. Representing the Bakrie family including Bumi in their landmark USD1,6 billion (equivalent to Rp24trillion) acquisition of Bumi by Salim group. The acquisition is conducted by way of a private placement of Bumi issuing new shares up to 200 billion new shares. The deal value is recorded as one of the largest-scale M&A deals in the past few years and the deal involves financing, capital market and energy spectrums
