  • Advised a leading Oil and Gas company in the $700 Million USD variation contract process in respect in respect of the Southern Swamp Associated Gas Solution project for the development of production facilities in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria.
  • Currently advising a Nigerian conglomerate on the infrastructure and real estate development of the Abuja city, a mixed use city centre with a value of over $900 Million USD.
  • Advised on the $350 Million USD EPC transaction for the development of a 4000 MT per day Clinker Cement Plant in the Sagamu, Nigeria.
  • Advised a Nigerian conglomerate in the acquisition of the Cape Three Point Oil Block in Ghana, and two other Oil Blocks in Sierra Leone and Senegal.
