Noma Modise is an Executive at ENSafrica in the project and project finance practice. Noma has experience in debt and equity finance transactions, preference share funding transactions, as well as major restructurings. She has been involved in work for financial institutions, corporate clients and black economic empowerment parties in relation to a broad range of financing transactions.

Noma has further been involved in advising international financial institutions on the financing of South African projects, including the financing of investment programmes for the development and construction of agricultural commodities storage infrastructure in South Africa and the financing of a wheat mill.

Noma has also been involved in drafting a wide range of financial, commercial and security-related agreements, debt and preference share structuring financing, asset finance, leverage finance and restructuring transactions. While on secondment at a major financial institution, she was involved in assisting the negotiation and preparation of loan facility and other agreements, conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions, as well as providing advice on public procurement, public sector corporate governance and transactions, as well as all aspects of regulatory law in Africa.
