Mohamed is a partner in the office of Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy since January 2011, and he occupies the position of Head of the Capital Markets Department; He is also registered with the Bar before the Courts of Cassation, and Mohamed has worked as a legal advisor for companies listed on the stock exchange and public and private subscriptions (IPOs) in the Egyptian Capital Market Authority since 2006. Mohamed has more than seventeen years of experience as the most distinguished lawyer in the field of subscriptions and private legislation transactions with the Capital Market Authority in Egypt; This made the IFLR international journal distinguish him as the best lawyer in the field of financial markets in Egypt in the year 2013.
It is worth noting that Mohamed Abdel-Fattah has worked as a consultant for the most prominent large-scale operations since 2005 until present time, and that in 2018, Mohamed was registered as the first founding agent for companies in non-banking activities in Egypt by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
