Michel Bulach is a partner and head of the Banking, Finance & Insurance Practice Group at Pinsent Masons Luxembourg. His field of expertise also includes corporate law, which enables him to represent and advise clients with regard to various legal aspects. Michel is particularly active in the areas of insurance and reinsurance, bank lending, capital markets and structured finance transactions.
