Michalis Pattakos

Michalis is a partner at KBVL law firm and co-heads the M&A practice group. Michalis focuses on complex corporate transactions, antitrust advice and litigation, as well as corporate restructurings. Michalis provides corporate governance and regulatory advice to listed companies. He is a transactional lawyer with experience in international clients.

• Advising the special administrator of Hellenic Shipyards S.A., the largest shipyard in Greece, in the context of the company’s restructuring process.
• Advising the special administrator of Larco S.A., one the largest ferronickel producers in the world, in the context of the company’s restructuring process.
• Advising a private equity fund in a series of investments in Greece, especially in the fields of food, dairy, agriculture and pharma.
• Advising a major international investor in a series of issues pertaining to its stake in a Greek listed company (corporate governance, insolvency & restructuring, capital markets regulation, etc.).
