Marina Fecheta-Giurgica

Marina joined RTPR in 2017. Marina has experience in advising international and domestic companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as on capital markets projects (both transactional and regulatory), whilst also assisting clients on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.

• Innova Capital on the acquisition of PayPoint Services and Payzone, a market leading consumer payments operator in Romania, from LSE-listed PayPoint group
• The shareholders on the sale of Farmavet S.A., Pasteur Filiala Filipesti S.R.L. & the fodder business of Agrozootehnica Pietroiu S.A. to Gardenica Limited, owned by CEE China II Fund (managed by CEE Equity Partners)
• Purcari Wineries Public Company Limited on its IPO and admission to trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange
• Jean Valvis on the strategic agreement between AQUA Carpatica, the premium Romanian spring water owned by Carpathian Springs SA company, and the American corporation PepsiCo for a 20 percent equity stake in AQUA Carpatica
• Integral Venture Partners on its investment in Medima Health, a chain of medical clinics with a national presence, specialised in imaging and radiology
