Margarita Hadjitofi

Margarita Hadjitofi was a  partner in a  leading law firm in Limassol with over a decade of experience  in joint  ventures, corporate transactions and banking and finance  transactions.  Margarita has advised multinational companies (with  listings on stock  exchanges) and leading International Banking  Institutions. She  frequently advises on restructuring, mergers and  acquisitions,  commercial and corporate law and has been involved in  numerous  cross-border corporate transactions, having carried out due  diligence  for private and public companies as well as listings abroad,  consulted  one of the largest insurance companies worldwide for a merger   transaction including carrying out due diligence on the subsidiaries   located in Cyprus.

Margarita was awarded by Chambers and Partners in 2015 for her "availability and practicality, always providing advice beyond the standard corporate law” and in 2016 as a "knowledgeable" corporate lawyer who is "available for calls at late hours and deals well within deadlines."
