Lawyer registered with the Mali Bar Association since 1995. He holds a Master's degree in Legal Sciences from the National School of Administration of Mali.

He has a good command of OHADA law, having lectured on it as part of an international consultation with the Alcor firm in 1999-2000, and also having practiced it both in Mali and internationally since its creation.

Me DIARRA, has also a good knowledge of arbitration, arbitrator at the CECAM (Bamako) and at the CCJA in Abidjan, intervenes in the procedures of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris, and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague.

As a former Minister of Investment and the Private Sector, former Deputy Secretary General of the Malian Bar Association, and former President of the Malian Young Lawyers Association, Me DIARRA has a solid knowledge of the legal and institutional environment of business in Mali, in the sub-region and internationally.

He has carried out several consultations or works in relation to mines, financing agreements for mining equipment or energy projects.

He is a BAND 1 Chambers (2021), Tier 1 FLIR 1000, Global Law expert.

In January 2001, Me Diarra created the law and tax firm Juri-Partner, a firm focused on assisting its clients, both private and institutional, operating in various sectors (Commercial companies, Building and Public Works companies, World Bank Projects, Banks, Financial Institutions, Foundations, Non-Governmental Organizations).

Juri-Partner also performs due diligence for national and foreign clients in the following areas: mining, telecommunications, public and private sector investments, tax.
