• Advised Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij Voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V.i (FMO) in connection with the USD 295 million syndicated loan facility to Access Bank Plc
• Advised the Standard Bank of South Africa Limited (“Standard Bank”) on an acquisition financing in connection with the provision of a USD 90,000,000 bridge facility to Tolaram Africa Private Limited
• Advised Bboxx Energy Access Nigeria Limited in connection with the provision of credit facility by Nithio FI B.V
• Part of the tram that advised IFC and a consortium of lenders in connection with a facility of up to US$500 million senior secured to BUA Cement Plc ("BUA”) for the purpose of expanding BUA Cement Plc’s integrated cement plant in Kalambaina, Sokoto State, build 120MW of captive gas-fired
  power plants and 10MW of renewable energy plants, procure 400 new cement distribution truck, construction of gas storage facilities and silos and for general working capital purpose
• Part of the team that advised a project company on securing a US$60,000,000 finance for the construction and operation of an estate in the Federal Capital Territory containing a 5-star hotel, luxury apartments and a shopping mall
