Kevin has extensive experience in banking and finance transactions with emphasis on domestic and cross border finance transactions and financial services; Kevin acts for a wide range of financial institutions, funds and corporates advising on asset/property finance, acquisition finance, financial regulation, debt restructuring, structured finance and lending to funds.

• Acting for Japan Bank for International Co-Operation in connection with the financing of its €7.3 billion acquisition by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation of RBS Aviation Capital.
• Acting for lenders in relation to the financing of the Morgan Hotel, the Citi Hotel, the Radisson Hotel (Galway), Dunboyne Castle, the Dylan and the Imperial Hotel (Cork).
• Acting for the lenders to Avolon Holdings Limited in relation to its US$10.38 billion acquisition of CIT Groups aircraft leasing business.
• Acting for Allianz Group in the financing of the acquisition of the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre
• Acting for AGC Equity Partners on loan facilities for the acquisition of One Spencer Dock.
