Kely is a financial law practitioner with robust transactional experience in cross-border deals and investments.  Over the last decade she has worked for top tier law firms in Athens and London and currently leads PwC’s financial sector legal practice in Greece, focusing on structured finance, debt instruments and lending transactions (project, real estate and corporate finance).

With a track record in NPL work of combined GBV of €2.42 billion for FY 2022 as its spearhead and the firm’s traditional expertise in financial sector corporate transformations and FS M&As at its core, the practice rapidly expands towards new service lines such as fintech, novel trade & receivables finance tools and structures, e-payment and fund institutions licensing all while maintaining a full offering on structured finance and lending transactions (project, real estate and corporate finance).
