• Advised Qingdao Tianhua Institute Chemistry Engineering Company Limited.(600579 SH) in the acquisition of 100% shares of China National Chemical Equipment (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. and major assets of Fujian Sanming Double-Wheel Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd and Fujian Huaxiang Automatic Technology Co., Ltd.
• Advised SDIC Fund Management Co., Ltd., China Life Private Equity Investment Company Limited., Taikang Assets Management Co., Ltd., Ping An Capital in the Series D financing and pre-IPO restructuring of the Innovent Biologics Inc.
• Advised Cinda Real Estate Co., Ltd. in its acquisition of 100% shares of Huainan Mining Real Estate Co., Ltd.
• Advised Merchants Expressway (001965. SZ) for its lisiting on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange by merger of Huabei Expressway Co., Ltd.
