• Handled on the borrower´s side a USD 172.0 Million syndicated loan provided entirely by Honduran lenders to what is the largest private hydro project in the country;
• Assisted the Honduran Banking Association in connection with the most recent amendments to the Honduran Law for Financial Institutions to bring it up to date with the latest international regulations and standards;
• Handled the purchase of coast guard boats between a Dutch manufacturer and the Honduran government for USD 49.0 Million.
