Jason Liu is a senior partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Beijing Head Office. He has rich experience in areas of private equity/venture capital investments, cross-border investment, merger and acquisition, capital markets, banking and finance and overseas listing. Jason Liu helped with the formation of over 100 private equity funds, as well as with the closing of more than 100 private equity investments. Jason Liu represented private equity funds including Sequoia Fund, IDG, Temasek, SAIF, DCM, KTB, Trustbridge, GSR, JAFCO Asia.
