Jakob Falkman specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions, Energy and Public Utilities Law and General Corporate practice. He has extensive experience of private and public M&A for industrial and other corporate clients as well as for private equity funds and has a special focus on transactional work in the Energy sector. 

• Advised Medical Prognosis Institute A/S in connection with the cross-border merger between Medical Prognosis Institute and Oncology Venture Sweden AB (publ).
• Advised a consortium of banks on the financing of one of Europe’s largest on shore windfarms Björnberget in the Northern part of Sweden.
• Advised one of the leading Swedish PE-funds Altor on the merger between BTI Studios and IYUNO and thereafter the combined IYUNO on the subsequent acquisition of SDI Media, creating a world leading dubbing and sub-titling operation.
• Advised Avia Solution Group, one of the leading global aerospace business groups, on its acquisition of Aviator Airport Alliance group from one the leading Swedish PE-funds Accent.
• Adviser to Jan Ståhlberg in founding the new private equity impact investment fund Trill Impact with Nordea bank.
