• Advised Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited in a corporate finance deal in regard to a leading mining company in the United Republic of Tanzania in the sum of USD 8.7 million.
• Advised KCB Bank Kenya Limited on a syndicated corporate finance deal in respect to a leading grain miller in the country in the sum of USD 81.8 Million.
• Advised DIB Bank Kenya Limited, a subsidiary of Dubai Islamic Bank and a fully shariah compliant bank, in a Ijara Sale and Lease Back facility for KES 245M.
• Advised Yehu Microfinance Services Limited in the acquisition of microfinance business from Yehu Microfinance Trust.
• Advised Sunset Paradise Apartments Limited on a project development involving mixed use development.
