• Advised Dalian Wanda Group, a Chinese investment group, in the acquisition of AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc.
• Advised New Hope Group in its acquisition of PGW, a New Zealand listed company. The acquisition amount is over 100 million USD.
• Advised the Sponsor in connection with the initial public offering and listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange of CNOOC.
• Advised Beijing Capital Land Ltd in connection with its initial public offering and listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
• Advised Beijing Enterprises Group International Conference Metropolis Real-estate Development Limited as the PRC legal counsel for its G20 Project.
