Giancarlo Schievenini

Giancarlo Schievenini is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice at our firm, where he offers expert counsel to both national and international clients on a diverse range of corporate matters. Over the past years, he has played a pivotal role in numerous cross-border M&A projects, providing guidance not only on Mexican legal intricacies but also on transactional aspects within the broader context.

His expertise spans from devising and executing corporate structures to negotiating and crafting shareholders' agreements for the efficient operation and management of target companies. Giancarlo's advisory expertise extends to a variety of industries, including technology, automotive, manufacturing, food, banking, finance, and energy, with the latter holding a prominent position in his professional experience.

Giancarlo earned his law degree in 2010 from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, and subsequently pursued a master's degree at La Sorbonne in Paris. Since 2017, he has served as a professor of Business Law at Universidad Iberoamericana.
