Gérald Origer heads the Luxembourg Corporate Finance practice. He served from 2012 to 2021 as Executive Partner of Stibbe in Luxembourg and has more than 20 years of experience.

He focuses on complex and international acquisition and asset financing, private equity investments and (re)structurings, as well as general lending. Gérald represents many clients in a broad range of corporate finance matters such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and insolvency. 

  • Advised a PIMCO sponsored entity as arranger/lender on a third party financing to a Luxembourg holding structure held by Ares Management relating to a property known as Westway Business Park, Porterfield Road, Scotland. (GBP 110,000,000)
  • Advised Lloyds Bank plc on a third party financing of a portfolio of real estate assets in London acquired by a Luxembourg holding structure sponsored by Pictet and Pinnacle Group Limited. (GBP 86,417,5000)
  • Advised Catella Real estate AG in connection with bank financing (by Postbank) of the acquisition of an office building in Luxembourg under a term loan facility agreement secured by various pledge agreement and a Luxembourg mortgage. (EUR 15,176,250)
