George Vassalakis

George joined the firm in 1998. He has extensive experience in the fields of corporate law and corporate taxation. He has advised numerous clients in corporate restructurings, mergers and IPOs. He also has a solid background in banking law, having for several years served as general counsel for the local branch of a global bank.
