• Provided special legal services for China Resources Land Limited to solve difficult problems on the urban renewal project of Hubei Area located in Luohu District of Shenzhen, with a planned construction area of 2 million square meters and a total investment of more than RMB 30 billion.
• Provided due diligence and transaction documents for Ping An Real Estate's investment in Foshan Nanhai Maker Town Project (partner: Times China, Hong Kong listed company), with a total investment of approximately RMB 40 billion.
• Represented Qinhuangdao Office of China Resources Land Limited on an engineering project contracting lawsuit against Hebei Construction Group Corporation, with the subject of action around 160 million RMB. This case helped the client to reduce losses for over 80 million, and was nominated excellent case of the year by the client.
• Provided full process legal services for a subordinate company of The People's Government of Futian District, Shenzhen on Nanhua village shed reform (the biggest shed reform program in downtown Shenzhen). The project is located in Futian District, Shenzhen, with a planned construction area of 1 million square meters and a project investment of more than RMB 100 100 million yuan was the largest shed reform project in Shenzhen that year.
• Provided the whole process of non-litigation legal services for AVIVA-COFCO on the construction of the Sino-British Financial Building Project (with a total construction area of 87,000 square meters) in Qianhai, Shenzhen.
