Elise Ngo Nyobe

Elise Ngo Nyobe is a lawyer at the Cameroon bar and a senior associate of the firm.

She advises on corporate transactions, project finance, projects and concessions in the energy, infrastructure and mining sectors. She also advises on transactions in several OHADA member countries.
Before joining the firm, Elise worked for more than ten (10) years in several business law firms. She also worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Tax & Legal in Cameroon.

• Advised ENEO CAMEROON in the syndicated financing transaction of FCFA 100 billion with eight Cameroonian banks.
• Advised the Consortium FAYAT, RAZEL-BEC and EGIS in the 230 million euros PPP project for the construction of 14 toll gates in Cameroun.
• Advised ENEO CAMEROON in a EUR 68 million debt refinancing with a banking pool in Cameroon.
