Denise Jen

Denise is a partner of the firm and has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border and cross-strait investments, private equity fund, onshore and offshore IPO matters, and capital markets. Her clients include companies from the high-tech industry, pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and start-ups and venture capital funds. Denise also frequently advises corporate clients on regulatory compliance, civil and commercial laws and corporate governance matters. Denise has been recognized as a Rising Star Partner by IFLR in 2022.

Denise joined LCS & Partners in 2008. She has also worked in Washington D.C. with the firm of Crowell & Moring LLP.

• Advised TXOne Network in the US$70M series B preferred shares fund raising and corporate restructuring. (2022)
• Advised Bora Pharmaceutical in the US$50M acquisition of Eden Biologics’ CDMO businesses and US$195M acquisition of 100% equity stake of TWi Pharmaceuticals. (2022)
• Advised MagiCapital in the US$138M acquisition of Ili Technology (a 100% subsidiary of MediaTek).
• Advised Guangdong Fenghua Advanced Technology (a Shenzhen listed company) in its tender offer of Viking Tech. (First tender offer deal of a Taiwan listed company by a PRC investor.)
• Advised Golden Asia Fund for its formation of US$50M Cayman Islands semiconductor PE fund. (A Taiwan – Japan cooperation PE fund.) (2022)
• Advised Forward BioT for its formation of NTD100M Taiwan biotech PE fund. (2022)
