He has significant experience working on public and private M&A transactions across all sectors in the Built Environment, particularly in the Engineering & Construction, Food & Agribusiness, Real Estate and Gaming & Leisure industries.

Con advises high profile Australian and foreign companies in connection with a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, due diligence, negotiating contracts, restructurings and reorganisations. Con’s clients have included Consolidated Press Holdings, Crown Resorts, GrainCorp, McCain Foods, Hassad Foods, GHD, Aurecon, Samsung C&T and AIG.

In advising on transactions, Con frequently draws on the tax experience he developed early in his career at a major accounting firm to work closely with corporate clients and their tax advisers to design and implement sale and joint venture arrangements that achieve tax and accounting outcomes without any unforeseen legal consequences.
